If you are unsatisfied with our service, you may request a refund at any time while your subscription is active. Refund requests after the first 3 days of the subscription will be pro-rated based on the number of months of the subscription entered into and the amount of the full monthly subscription fee. Refund requests must be received in email to enquery@unblockmytelly.com .

Unblockmytelly is under new management since November 1st, 2016 and is a separate/new legal entity. We can directly honor refund requests only for payments only made after this date. For payments completed before November 1st, 2016 all refund requests must be submitted through the payment system used (PayPal).
